Spicy sauce for potatoes

Ingredients
- Extra-virgin olive oil — 2 tbsp
- Lime juice — 1 tbsp
- Cilantro — 2 tbsp
- Chili pepper — 1 pc
- Garlic — 2 cloves
- Sugar — 0.5 tsp
- Salt — to taste
- Black pepper — to taste
Substitutions
Lemon juice works in place of lime. If you don’t eat cilantro, leave it out.
Instructions
- Pour olive oil into a bowl, add lime juice. Whisk with a fork to emulsify.
- Chop the garlic, cilantro and chili; add to the bowl.
- Add sugar; salt, pepper, and stir.
